Pioneer Living—based on the “Little House” books by Laura Ingalls Wilder
We are excited to announce this monthly program for children ages 6 & up. Using the “Little House” series as inspiration, we will learn about how children and their parents provided food, shelter and entertainment for themselves, long before the days of television, refrigerators, cars and electricity. Knowledge of the books is not required for participation.
Location: Barn classroom at Stonykill Farm on Route 9D in Wappingers Falls, NY; various other locations TBA
Cost: $20 per child per class, $35 for 2 children, $50 for 3 children
