Farm Camp Registration Information
February 16: Camp information is posted!
Scholarship Applications and CIT Applications are now available and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
February 23: Sponsor a Camper is open!
Our Sponsor a Camper program allows families and community members to purchase a week of camp for a child who would not otherwise be able to attend.
As a thank-you for supporting access to Farm Camp, sponsors will receive access to registration one week prior to general registration opening.
February 28: Registration Queue Opens at 10:00 AM
Please visit our website and click the Registration Queue link, which will appear on the homepage.
You will be asked to enter your name and the name(s) of the child(ren) you wish to register.
After submitting the Queue form, you will receive an email with:
Your assigned registration time
Instructions for completing registration
Time slots are assigned based on the timestamp of your submitted form.
Please note:
These emails are sent manually by staff (not automated).
Please allow time between submitting your form and receiving your registration time.
We will make every effort to move the process along as smoothly as possible.
March 2: Registration Begins
Families can register during their assigned two-hour time slot. Depending on the number of families who join the queue, registration times may extend into March 3.
If you are unable to register during your assigned time, please email Kate at education@commongroundfarm.org and we will place you in the next registration window.
We use timed registration windows to manage high demand while still giving families enough time to make thoughtful decisions and complete the process without feeling rushed.

The Registration Form has been submitted, AND
A current physical with up-to-date immunizations (or signed exemption) from your child’s pediatrician has been emailed to us. This can be the same form that is used for school.

During registration season, large group email threads can become unwieldy, and individual messages may be overlooked or hard to find. Please send questions or concerns in a separate email rather than replying within a group thread.
