Registration Requirements:
Registration is not complete until:
Payment is made
The Registration Form has been submitted, AND
A current physical with up-to-date immunizations (or signed exemption) from your child’s pediatrician has been emailed to us. This can be the same form that is used for school.
***When submitting health documentation, please label files and email subject lines using the following format:
Child’s Last Name, First Name – Health Info***
Due to the cost of processing credit card refunds and administrative costs, a $75 fee will be applied per camp slot for cancellations.
A full refund (minus a $75 application fee per camp slot) is available if requested by May 1, 2026. After this date, refunds are not available. If your child’s attendance is interrupted due to a medical or family emergency, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you.

During registration season, large group email threads can become unwieldy, and individual messages may be overlooked or hard to find. Please send questions or concerns in a separate email rather than replying within a group thread.
